An incredible restaurant/stay in Georgia; new finds in NYC, Rome and Florence; and an epic, shopping-filled trip to Jaipur, ending with tiger-spotting in the dreamiest tented camp in Rajasthan
Greetings from the air—I’m flying from Bordeaux to Marrakech, where we’ll spend the next four days before flying to Salzburg. (The February Travel Diary will be a big one!) Since my December was delightfully sleepy with the exception of one quick trip to Georgia, I’m combining two months here.
Writing it all up after the fact really forces me to go back and distill the things I’ve seen/done over the last couple of months, and as challenging as it is to sit still and do this, I find it’s so worthwhile to have a journal to keep track of all my finds.
