Not related to Uruguay, but wanted to ask for a future newsletter. Do you have any travel planner recommendations for Scotland? I'm planning a 40th birthday trip there for my husband and not really sure where to start. Obviously the Edinburgh Black Book is a fabulous reference, but we're hoping to push further afield into the Highlands and the Hebrides. I think I can probably piece it together myself, but I also want to make sure it's well-planned and thoughtful since it's such a big occasion!
